Beaufort County and Hilton Head Island committees to meet today; meetings livestreamed

Matt Golden, host of the Beaufort County headlines, announced that the Town of Hilton Head Island’s Finance and Administration Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the Benjamin M. Rakson Council Chambers at One Town Center Court. Golden said the town’s meeting agenda is available on the town’s civic-clerk website and the session will be carried live on BCTV and the town’s YouTube channel.
He also announced that Beaufort County’s Community Services and Public Safety Committee will meet at 2 p.m. and the county’s Natural Resources Committee will meet at 4 p.m., both in the council chambers at 100 Rebo Road. Golden said the county will stream both meetings on BCTV and YouTube and that agendas are posted on the county’s civic-clerk portal.
Later in the day, the Beaufort County Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a workshop at 5:30 p.m., followed by a planning commission meeting at 6 p.m. in the county council chambers at 100 Rebo Road; those sessions will also be available via the county’s broadcast channels.
