Students spotlighted: Middle‑school video and dozens of high‑school extracurricular recognitions

At the high‑school portion, administrators recognized 20 students (18 in Spanish, 2 in Mandarin, per the presentation) who earned the New Jersey State Seal of Biliteracy and then presented awards and certificates to members of esports (third place in a state championship), debate, DECA qualifiers, Model UN delegates, the chamber choir (TCJ honors), winter guard (regional champions), and members of the marching band. Presenters read dozens of student names while the audience applauded.
Board members thanked the students and staff and encouraged ongoing participation in extracurriculars. A public commenter later thanked district staff for supporting theater and arts programming and noted the district hosted a regional winter‑guard tournament.
