Council moved to convene an executive session under Texas Government Code sections 551.087 (economic development), 551.071 (consultation with attorney) and 551.072 (real property) to deliberate potential incentives for projects identified in the agenda as Shirley Temple, B Project Primrose and C River Public Improvement District, and to receive legal advice and deliberate regarding a lease for real property at 2011 South LBJ Drive. The motion to go into executive session was made by M. Rodriguez and seconded by Mr. Sal Gonzalez; a roll-call vote was taken and recorded as affirmative. The council entered executive session at 3:26 p.m. and returned to open session at 5:55 p.m.
