Capital and facilities items: the board approved a change order with Ameresco to replace eight additional AC units at Royal View after discovering additional scope, and authorized professional design services via RFQ with GPD Group to continue Royal View classroom designs.
Partnerships and trips: the board approved a partnership with Baylor University to host graduate clinical placements and approved field trips for South Wrestling and North Robotics competitions.
Personnel and calendar: the board approved administrative, certified and classified personnel actions and acknowledged the retirement of longtime band teacher Mr. Prima Vera. The next regular board meeting was scheduled for April 13, 2026.
