Dickinson County supervisors approve consent agenda, hear road‑work and local dust complaints

County staff said the temporary use permit had been issued for the plant and that they would contact the contractor to urge greater sensitivity to neighbors and consider dust‑control measures.
Other board business included committee reports (lake‑park improvements, trails and conservation grant updates), announcements about a CPR class and upcoming meetings, and brief discussion about zoning guidance for the planning and zoning board.
The board adjourned after taking those routine actions.
