Planning Board elects Almeida chair, Nelson vice chair and Felchin clerk

The Concord Planning Board held nominations and elected officers at its May 5 meeting, selecting Almeida as chair, Pat Nelson as vice chair and Sue Felchin as clerk.
Board members moved and seconded the nominations, which were approved by voice vote. During the discussion a member asked whether the newly elected vice chair could represent the planning board at the regional chair’s breakfast; the board confirmed the vice chair may attend in that role.
The board made the appointments before moving on to public comment and other agenda items.
