At the March 9 finance committee meeting, staff recommended the district replace its homegrown ticketing system with Visor, a ticketing and asset‑management platform from Vector Networks.
Megan Gretzinger presented the item and said the recommendation followed a lengthy review focused on security, accessibility and the staff time required to maintain the current system. "Vector Networks is the parent company of Visor which is a ticketing and asset management platform that we are recommending the district move forward with," Gretzinger said, noting ADA compliance and security needs as key drivers.
When asked about cost, Gretzinger said the platform expense is "right at $25,000." Committee members confirmed the purchase would replace the district’s existing resource and raised no further questions during the meeting.
Staff did not present a procurement contract number or detailed vendor terms at the meeting; committee members were informed this item appears under contracts greater than $15,000 for board action.
