Commission says public-hearing case settled; fee petition filed and opposed by city

"We did reach an agreement with a case. Um, and we have sent it out to the parties," Shepard said. She added that the order includes remediation for the city and monetary relief allotted to the complainant, and that both parties have been notified.
Shepard also reported that the complainants attorneys submitted a fee petition and that the city filed opposition to that petition. "We received the fee petition from complainants attorneys and we received opposition to that fee petition from the city," Shepard said; staff are reviewing the filings with legal counsel to determine next steps. As of the update, Shepard said she was not aware of any appeal to the commissions order.
