"I'm Steve Gould with Sacken Break Survey," Gould said, explaining the proposal would create three buildings and five units (two duplexes and one single modular/mobile unit) on a site where much of the infrastructure—driveways, parking and utilities—is already present. Gould told the board the site work and fill are complete and that the proposal is intended to formalize five lots for additional housing units.
Board members asked whether additional fill was planned and whether the application would be ready for the board's schedule; staff suggested the full application could be placed on the first May meeting following the town's ordinance workshop. The board encouraged the applicant to come prepared with complete materials for staff review.
No formal action was taken at the pre-application stage; the item will return as a full application for staff review and a public hearing once the applicant files the required materials.
