Board adopts revisions to Policy 1310 after third reading

The policy update also included editorial changes to move some classification language from "priority" to "important" and a timeline note to correct the revised date once the adoption is finalized. The board did not change associated procedures at this time and indicated procedures will be addressed after policy direction is finalized.
