Commissioners preview Kelso interlocal agreement and $70,800 Castle Rock trails contract

Staff said the Port’s America 250-related work would not be included in the Castle Rock contract; instead, the port was advised to pursue a separate grant (real development funds) that closes next Tuesday. The board noted the port contract has been executed and reimbursements can begin once procedures are in place.
No formal actions were taken at Monday’s meeting on these items; staff said both items will appear on tomorrow’s agenda for formal consideration.
