Council passes first reading of FY25/26 capital budget amendment totaling $3.86 million

A motion to adopt the amendment on first reading was made and seconded; clerk called the role and the measure passed on first reading. The amendment will require subsequent procedures per ordinances for final adoption and implementation by the appropriate departments.
