The Ashwaubenon Site Plan Review Committee on Tuesday approved a site plan to add a 1,024-square-foot maintenance garage to the north end of the under-construction Cypress Apartments at 1572 West Main Avenue (Parcel VA-859). President Kardoskee led the meeting.
Aaron, a village staff member presenting the application from Abacus Architects on behalf of property owner Alliance Management, told the committee: "They're requesting site plan review for the addition of a 1,024 square foot maintenance garage on the north end of the existing apartment building." He said the garage would be attached to the existing building and accessed via the apartment complex's internal driveway and that the proposal includes a new driveway apron and two parking stalls.
Aaron said exterior materials are consistent with the apartment buildings — "board and batten LP smart side type siding" — and that the layout meets village dimensional standards and is a permitted use in the zoning district. "I do not have any staff conditions," he added.
Committee member Dan Pamperin moved to approve the site plan "as presented." The motion was seconded and carried by voice vote, with members responding "aye" and the chair declaring the motion carried.
The committee listed no conditions or follow-up requirements during the discussion. President Kardoskee closed the item and noted there were no items yet for the next agenda. The meeting adjourned after the committee approved the motion to adjourn.
The transcript does not record a formal vote tally or name the seconder for the site plan motion; the action was completed by voice vote and recorded as carried.
