"It is a pilot program," Planning and Development Director Kelly Wyatt said, noting the town must submit a scope to the Division of Water Infrastructure (DWI) and obtain Local Government Commission (LGC) approval before implementation. "We're hoping to have that completed by the end of June, early July, hopefully so that we can get that to them for their consideration and hopefully their approval."
