Staff outlined the selection process: submitted designs will be reviewed by an artist review team that includes city staff and two commission members. Commissioners thanked staff for their work and noted the timeline is tight; staff said they could aim to release the request for designs earlier than the draft June date if feedback and departmental clearance are received sooner.
