The board met in the supervisors' hearing room on Melody Lane in Cochise County. The clerk called the roll and reported that District One Crosby, District Two Gomez and District Three Antonori were present in person. No members of the public had requested to speak on agenda items before the meeting.
During the consent portion of the agenda, a committee member moved, "I move we approve consent agenda items one and two." Another committee member seconded the motion. The board members present voted in favor, and the motion carried, "three to zero," approving items one and two.
After the vote the board adjourned the flood control district meeting to the jail district meeting scheduled to follow.
