At its May 12 meeting the Pinellas Park City Council approved its consent agenda (items C1–C13), which included a mix of interlocal agreements, grant and contract approvals, easement acceptances and procurement actions.
Key items approved were authorization for the mayor to sign interlocal agreements with Pinellas County (C1 and C3), a state-funded grant agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the Harmony Heights Community Safety Project (C2), a services agreement with Axon Enterprise Inc. for an interview-room camera system (C4), a limited license/privilege agreement with Duke Energy Florida LLC (C5), a second amendment to a facility management agreement with Sports Facilities Management LLC (C6), acceptance of right-of-way and sidewalk easements for specific properties (C7 and C9), grant of a utility easement to Duke Energy for a parcel (C8), construction engineering inspection and signalization projects for 60th Street (C10 and C13), authorization to purchase a 2026 Ford F-350 under the Florida Sheriffs Association contract (C11), and purchases under a Florida state contract (C12).
Vice Mayor Butler moved to approve items C1–C13; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Council did not discuss these items in detail during the meeting.
