The Milford City Wetlands Agency took three formal votes at its May 6 meeting in Milford City.
The agency voted to direct the designated agent to issue a jurisdictional ruling for IW260031 (10 Rita Lane), a pre-application for an above-ground pool and deck near a flagged wetland. The motion was moved by Commissioner Brian Black, seconded, and carried on a roll-call vote with all commissioners present recorded in favor.
The agency then voted to approve the minutes of the April 15 meeting. The roll call on that motion recorded two abstentions (the transcript records Commissioner Badcker and Commissioner Richie as abstaining); the remaining commissioners voted in favor and the motion carried.
Finally, a motion to adjourn was made and carried on a roll call, concluding the meeting. Staff provided a report on DB training links, open-gov integration and staffing shortages in DPLU, and the chair discussed scheduling a June site walk contingent on applicant and consultant availability.
Procedural votes were recorded by voice roll call; the meeting was recorded and will be made available on the Milford City website in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act and the governor’s executive orders.
