Parent tells board her second‑grade daughter faces ongoing bullying at Carriage Drive Elementary

She said she is considering transferring her daughter to another district school if the situation is not addressed.
Board President Tanya Krafchak said public comments become part of the public record and that the superintendent can refer matters to staff for follow‑up. The board did not respond substantively during the meeting, consistent with Brown Act rules limiting board comment on matters not on the agenda.
