Park Hill updates Del Norte and Heiser builds; board approves maintenance plan and PSFA user change

Reed showed site plans and renderings for academic neighborhoods, libraries and dining commons and noted coordination between Park Hill and general contractor Bradberry has helped keep the work on schedule.
The board also reviewed and unanimously approved the district’s annual preventative maintenance plan, a state requirement explained by plant manager Shawn Drake, who was present for questions. In a separate facilities action the board approved adding a district staffer to the New Mexico Public Schools Facility Authority (PSFA) Trimbletech/EBUER users group to maintain project records and coordinate submissions.
What happens next: construction teams will continue milestone work over the spring and summer; staff will follow PSFA schedules for system‑based awards and submit remaining capital requests (fire alarm, HVAC, electrical upgrades) for state review.
