At about 10 a.m. the chair called the meeting to order, the clerk conducted roll call and a quorum was declared. A motion to approve the March 5 minutes was moved by Mitchell and seconded by Freeman. The board then took a roll-call vote; members present (Freeman, Burkowitz, Costa, Hickeyi, Mitchell and Butler) voted yes and the motion passed.
The chair opened the floor for public comment and no members of the public addressed the board.
Near the meeting's end a member moved to adjourn and the motion was seconded. The chair called for a vote; the audio ends during the final vote call. The meeting record shows the motion to adjourn was moved and seconded.
