Portal self‑service adds token retrieval and data‑sharing policy management

Harlan Brooks, product manager on the CCSQ data and analytics team, demonstrated two portal self‑service capabilities available once users are logged into the DNA portal: a Databricks token retrieval page and a Data Sharing Policies wizard.
On the token page users can view tokens for organizations they belong to, see expiration timing (tokens have a 90‑day lifespan and auto‑renew), and copy recently renewed tokens for workspace API use. The token UI shows icons for tokens that are nearing expiration or recently renewed.
The Data Sharing Policies page provides a wizard to create policies for an organization and to deactivate policies the same user created. Harlan said guidance links for the wizard are available on the page and invited questions.
