Glendora USD reports zero teacher misassignments in 2023–24 TAMO data

Dr. Osborne, presenting the TAMO figures, said the district recorded 288.2 full‑time‑equivalent teaching positions. He told trustees 89% of assignments were classified as "clear" (fully credentialed), 5.8% were out‑of‑field under ed‑code authorizations, 7% were interns completing credentials, 4% were incomplete and 0.3% unknown due to missing personnel data for some ROP‑hired instructors. "We had zero vacancies and zero misassignments," he said.
Why it matters: State law requires local presentation of TAMO data as a local indicator of appropriately assigned teachers. The figures indicate Glendora USD met state expectations for priority‑one assignments for 2023–24, according to the presentation.
