The materials include a sequencing chart that distinguishes projects that require subdivision plats, development plans, building permits and special approvals for ski lifts; draft residential standards address setbacks and architectural guidance, while nonresidential standards focus on stormwater, roads and infrastructure.
Powder Mountain said some work is already underway — including an on‑site maintenance building — and that the timeline calls for at least two additional Planning Commission meetings before formal submissions for specific development applications. Staff and commissioners discussed scheduling a public joint workshop with county council to review the materials in more detail.
