Staff emphasized that more than 90% of records are e‑recorded, reducing staff workload and storage needs, while noting some sensitive records remain shielded from general public access.
Commissioners praised staff for adapting to increased demand and noted that electronic recordings make processing more efficient even as some residents express concern about online availability of records. No formal action was taken; the report was accepted by the board.
