Moab city plans signage, repainting to improve paved-path safety amid e-bike concerns

Committee members noted that House Bill 831 more clearly defines e-bike regulations and can help law enforcement address improper e-bike use on shared paths. Steward Moab has created a pamphlet on e-bikes in Moab to educate path users, members said.
Emily Lessner used the public-comment portion to request a safety map of the Millcreek/Spanish Valley Drive area. The committee encouraged residents to report path misuse to city police to improve enforcement.
