During discussion commissioners had no substantive objections. Commissioner Weber made the motion to approve, Commissioner Walther seconded, and a roll-call vote recorded unanimous 'yes' votes.
Next steps are for the applicant to submit detailed building plans and obtain the necessary building permits and inspections; planning staff will verify that final materials match the stain product and color accepted by the commission.
The commission’s vote clears the planning-stage review; actual construction and permit issuance will be handled by the building division under standard inspection requirements.
