A man who attended the meeting and watches library board meetings at home had reviewed the draft and suggested the two changes. Board members said the suggestions were "lovely to talk to" and accepted them; one member noted the paper version circulated at the meeting reflected the edits.
Board members approved the motion by voice vote. A board member said the updated survey could be distributed as soon as the next day and that printed copies would be available at the library.
The vote follows board discussion of outreach priorities and upcoming events; staff will proceed with distribution and report on initial responses at a future meeting.
