The applicant said the site will be accessed from Madison Avenue, include a small office shed on skids with electricity, and provide handicap access.
The board waived second and third readings and approved the rezoning (identified in the record as Resolution 10-2026) by voice vote after confirming the 10-car limit and clean-title condition were included in the application materials.
The board decision allows the applicant to proceed under the new zoning classification subject to the application terms.
