The motion to move into closed session was made by Board Member Leslie Wright and seconded by Dr. Mary Lokuta; the roll-call vote was 6–0 in favor (Ms. Ahna Bizjak, Mr. Troy Pankratz, Dr. Caleb Bush, Dr. Mary Lokuta, Ms. Leslie Wright and Ms. Krista Flanagan voting yes). The minutes record that discussion occurred in closed session but do not disclose the substance of that discussion. The meeting reconvened only to adjourn following closed session; no public action resulting from the closed session is recorded in the minutes.
