Scout leaders emphasized leadership development, community service and long efforts (often multiple years) that underpin the Eagle rank.
Board members praised the scouts’ civic contributions and encouraged community members to serve on Eagle Board of Review panels. The district will allow time for photos and parent acknowledgements as part of the recognition.
The recognition segment included short remarks from troop leaders and named several scouts who were unable to attend so their names could be read into the record.
