The board approved a contract for a lead service‑line replacement at 275 East Jackson and a temporary construction easement to access private property for the work. Trustees also accepted the Prairie Ridge North lift station, approved a series of letters‑of‑credit reductions tied to phased infrastructure in Prairie Ridge North, and authorized a progress payment for Well 13 rehabilitation (contractor payment tied to a new pump and capping of the irretrievable old pump).

Where staff recommended the new‑pump purchase they highlighted a shorter lead time for replacement rather than lengthy repair turnaround.
