Bolton said the utility will phase work authorizations below the $200,000 threshold to maximize grant usage and expects to begin Ocean Ridge installation in about two weeks.
On the wastewater plant, Bolton said construction remains on schedule with ongoing concrete pours; he estimated several more months of concrete work and invited commissioners to tour the site. No formal votes were taken on these construction or grant actions at the meeting; staff will return with contract documents and schedules as work authorizations are executed.
