Commissioners and the consultant confirmed the slope and ADA surfacing expectations and that the ramp would be constructed of pressure-treated wood with an ADA-compliant non-skid surface; existing exterior steps and unrelated painting are outside the project scope.
The board found the procedural background complete and voted affirmatively on the applicable historic-preservation findings, granting the certificate of appropriateness. Staff will record the permit and the applicant will proceed with construction to meet ADA and permit requirements.
