Councilor (speaker 2) stated on the record, "pursuant to 1, MRSA section 4 0 5 6 a, the manager evaluation proposed to enter executive session." The chair also noted that counsel Leonard would be joining the session.
The council conducted a roll-call vote. The chair called each member by name; the transcript records each named member answering "Yes." With all present members recorded as voting in favor, the chair announced the council was proceeding into executive session.
