Commissioner Colby Sybrant then moved to approve the meeting agenda as posted; Chairman Wade Hollenbeck seconded and the board approved the agenda with a roll-call vote of Sybrant — Yes; Hollenbeck — Yes; Smith — Abstained.
Marvin Kohout presented a proposal to implement a Safety Training Option Program (STOP) in Rock County. Commissioner Faye Smith moved and Commissioner Colby Sybrant seconded participation; the board voted unanimously to approve participation and County Attorney Kurt Arganbright was directed to proceed with setup.
Dave Mazankowski of NPPD discussed a lease for county shop space. The board approved a 2026 lease at $370 per month with a planned increase to $500 per month in 2027; the motion was moved by Commissioner Faye Smith, seconded by Commissioner Colby Sybrant and carried unanimously.
The board audited and approved payroll and vendor claims covering general, road and library accounts.
