Chair said the reimbursement covers work already completed to repair road damage that occurred while hauling dirt and rock for a related project. “This is $75,000 that we are receiving from Houston County Port Authority for work that really has already been done,” the Chair said.
No objections were recorded when the Chair asked whether the item should be added to the agenda. The item was placed on the regular-agenda for formal consideration; the administrative meeting did not include a recorded final vote on the amendment.
