The board recessed into executive session at 6:22 p.m. under Texas Government Code Section 551.087 to discuss potential economic development negotiations related to an item identified as Project Force under the Town Incentives Policy; the executive session ended at 6:42 p.m. No votes were taken during the closed session. Upon reconvening, President Laura Montini moved to authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement with MP 10X Development, LLC; Director Stacy Martin seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting Director Peter Cochefski moved to approve the Nov. 20, 2025 joint meeting minutes; Director Marie Amarante seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
