Dade County approves proclamations, accepts surplus vehicle donation and a tower lease

A surplus 1988 Chevrolet C6500 from New Salem Fire Department was presented for disposal and transfer; the board supported donating the vehicle to the Tri-Community/Flat Rock fire department after it is declared surplus. The board also added a radio communication tower lease with Georgia Forestry (a $10-per-year lease, running through 2034 with annual renewals) to the consent agenda.
