Staff said the item received a favorable recommendation from the planning commission at its April 21, 2026 meeting.
Richard Donovan, a property representative, told council the streets have been top coated and that the mayor had signed off on the acceptance, saying, “The road’s been top coated, so it’s in good shape for the city to take over.” Councilors raised no substantive objections during the work session; the matter will appear on the regular council agenda for formal acceptance.
Accepting the roads shifts maintenance responsibility and associated costs to the city, a standard step after developer completion and commission approval.
