Board honors National Board–certified teachers, Teacher of the Year Greg Phillips and service personnel

Board members directed applause and gave brief remarks recognizing the work of staff and the contributions of sponsors and community groups that support student achievement. The superintendent and board noted the events occurred during staff appreciation week and thanked schools and sponsors for scholarship support.
