Whitestown fire chief reports higher activity, training and inspections in April

On billing, April month-to-date EMS revenue was reported as $41,675.77. The chief reported a year-to-date revenue figure listed in the meeting as 164,082 but the transcript’s punctuation made the related percentage change unclear; staff should be consulted for exact year-to-date financial reconciliations.
The chief also reported completion of annual employee physicals, progress in the lateral firefighter and civilian paramedic hiring process (written testing and skills evaluations completed; interviews scheduled), and participation in the FDIC fire-department instructors conference for training and professional development.
