TRC conditionally approves Plymouth Medical site plan, requires outstanding comments be addressed

The City of DeLand Technical Review Committee unanimously voted to conditionally approve the Plymouth Medical site plan, SP25-069, after staff said remaining issues were minor and resolvable.

Sam Planner, a city planner who presented the file, moved that the committee "I will motion to conditionally approve the site plan application s P25Dash069 subject to, answering all outstanding SAP comments." The motion was seconded and carried with the committee recording a unanimous vote.
