Roman recommended the posting and the board adopted the resolution by roll call.
The board voted to approve a claim for Axon Enterprise Inc. to complete the county’s multi-year agreement for $30,194.60. Ryan told the board the payment would cover remaining warranty and certification items. The board also accepted a $7,000 bid from Long Pressure Washing LLC to clean courthouse exterior surfaces before window installation and approved the purchase of office furniture tied to the new building project (quotes from Office World and Premier FE).
Supervisors voted to reimburse the secondary-road fund $4,420.62 for unplanned repairs to the road serving Chickasaw Cemetery after crews completed emergency work; board members said crews proceeded before formal approval but the cost was lower than the original estimate.
On a management item, the board directed the county attorney to draft a resolution establishing a restricted donations account for the public-health department after Lisa said the Board of Health voted to request such an account to fund special projects beyond the general budget. As staff noted, money placed into a restricted account would earn interest but could not be spent until a future budget amendment authorized expenditures.
The meeting ended with staff updates on road and bridge projects, courthouse electrical work, and future agenda items; supervisors adjourned at 11:54 a.m.
