Tol said not all five change orders carried monetary costs; one was a federal paperwork/item-name correction and another was a non-monetary schedule change to accommodate federal approvals. Tol said the change orders are included in the bridge budget and requested commissioner approval.
The board moved, seconded and approved the five change orders by voice vote.
