Residents urge Council to block Stearns Row development; neighbor complains of repeated trespass/ball nuisance

Donald Primosch described repeated incidents in which balls from a neighboring property have landed on his yard and struck his fence and property; he said the problem persists and he will continue to bring the issue to Council until it is resolved.
Neither item produced immediate Council action; Limpert noted the proper committee process for land‑use matters and encouraged engagement when the item formally appears on the committee agenda.
