The transcript records the reported election-day subtotal as "5,25"; staff confirmed the subgroup totals sum to 9,361 and the board flagged no discrepancies for further research.
The board also reviewed and signed triplicate abstracts and other supporting records that will accompany the county's upload to the state. The director told the board a county fiber cut briefly delayed an upload to the state after election night, but staff and state personnel completed the required transfer.
Formal action: A board member moved to certify the March 3 partisan primary results to the state; a second was received and the board certified the results by voice vote. The board also voted to cancel the meeting scheduled for March 17 at 10:00 a.m. and then adjourned at 12:19 p.m.
