- Warrant/consent agenda: Committee moved, seconded and approved the warrant without objection.
- Seventh-grade New York City trip (June 9): Motion to approve the trip at a $95 per-student fee (includes transport and museum admission) passed unanimously; district said it will assist families needing sponsorships.
- Senior trip to Martha's Vineyard: Annual senior trip approved unanimously after discussion about chaperones and safety.
- Revised 2025–26 school calendar: Committee corrected an August 29 accounting error and approved the revised calendar unanimously.
- Computer donations: The committee accepted donated computers and peripherals (list presented previously) by unanimous vote.
- Budget journal entries and Student Activity funds: Business-office budget journal entries related to inventory and FY26 preparations and the continuity of Student Activity bank accounts for FY25 were approved unanimously.
- Entering executive session for negotiations: Committee voted by roll call to enter executive session for non-union personnel negotiations and to adjourn from that session.
The only recorded, non-unanimous vote was on the amended health curriculum (5–2 approved), discussed in a separate item. Committee members were asked to return with follow-up on implementation progress for items that require additional administrative work.
