A member of the public, Jeff Sturgeon, asked whether the $76,667.53 figure was a one‑time expense or an annual charge. Council President Brossard replied the amount is a one‑time fee and noted recurring annual fees of about $4,600; Councilwoman Hemann said the one‑time fee is included in the total and estimated recurring costs at roughly $4,200 a year maximum.
The ordinance was described as using the State Purchase Program; records in the meeting minutes list the contract amount as $76,667.53. Council directed Parks & Recreation and IT to finalize contracting and monitor recurring costs as part of implementation before the next fiscal reporting cycle.
