PDC continues 147 Central Avenue planned‑development hearing to April 21

The Commission moved and seconded the continuance and approved it by voice vote; staff said no additional notice is required for the new date.
The continuance keeps the item on the PDC’s April 21 agenda so the record will include the Historic Preservation Commission’s recommendation when the PDC considers the planned development.
